Return & Refund
- Eligibility: You may return new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery date.
- Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or our contact page to obtain a return authorization.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
- Please ensure that your return package is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Refunds:
- Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed in 24 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within:
- Credit Card: Up to 10 business days.
- Paypal: 24 hours.
Case 1: Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 90 days of delivery with:
- Provide details of the issue along with any supporting evidence such as photos.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and issue a return authorization if necessary.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the issue.
- If the item is deemed faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer you the option of a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds for faulty, damaged, or wrong items will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item.
Case 2: Customer Change of Mind
When you order the wrong size or color, and then change your mind about the product you purchased, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team via [email protected] to request a return authorization.
- Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- If the item is in satisfactory condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.
- Refunds for change of mind returns will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fee in this case.
Case 3: Cancellation After Ordering
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact our customer service team in 3 days via [email protected].
- If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If your order has already been processed for shipment, you may still cancel it, but you may be responsible for return shipping fees.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3 days of the cancellation request.
Case 4: Item Never Arrived
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
- If the package cannot be located or is deemed lost, we will offer you the option of a replacement or a full refund.
- Refunds for lost packages will be processed within 3 days of confirming the package as lost.
